Microsoft is expanding its game streaming service, a.k.a xCloud testing to more western European countries, as per the blog post.
The countries its coming to are: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden.
Catherine from Xbox division says,
Bringing the Project xCloud preview to gamers across Western Europe is a top priority for us. We know gaming is an important way for people to remain connected, particularly during these times of social distancing, but we also recognize how internet bandwidth has been impacted with strain on regional networks as large volumes of people responsibly stay home and go online.

Customers from these countries will be able to register and start using xCloud on their Android devices soon.
Microsoft also says they are monitoring the internet consumption in these areas due to high stress on the internet today due to COVID-19 and majority of the people in these regions working from home and heavily relying on entertainment as people fight the virus by staying at home.
