Apple now days is in news for all the wrong reasons. Towards the end of last year Apple lost its crown to Microsoft for being world’s most valued company. Then Apple announced about that their iPhone sales will be lower than expected.
But the latest headlines are all about a bug found in iOS with their FaceTime app. FaceTime is Apple’s homegrown app for video calling. With iOS’s latest release, they introduced FaceTime group calling for up to 30 iPhone users.
The bug found in FaceTime Group calling is that users are able to listen to recipients even before they have accepted/picked up the call! This is scary, very scary.
The bug is reportedly affecting its iOS devices and as well as its Mac devices.
As Apple has acknowledged the bug and are working to fix the issue this week, they have currently disabled FaceTime Group calling feature from their server end.
